My experience in the markets and managing my portfolio was difficult, not knowing when to take a gain or loss and just rolling with the markets, lack of understanding on strategic directions of companies and the risk that I am leaving myself over exposed.

The consistent contact and availability to speak with the team at any time I need has been an immense help. The only limitations on acting on the advice is resources/ cash at the moment but doing strategic rebalancing has been very calming and provided me with peace of mind.
